About the conference
Q. How can I get from the airport to the Minneapolis Convention Center and my hotel?
A. The Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport is about 12 miles from the Minneapolis Convention Center and the conference host hotels. Ground transportation options from the airport include taxis, limousines, van and shuttle services and car rental companies. Public transportation options include light rail transit and public bus service within the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Find directions, maps and more here.
Q. Is there a reduced registration rate for breakout session presenters?
A. Breakout session presenters receive a reduced registration rate of $200. Learn more about the call for presentations.
Q. What is the policy on paying by check?
A. Please make checks payable to - Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Payment by check is due thirty business days from date of registration. Registration rate will be based the date the mailed check is post-marked.

Q. Are scholarships for conference attendance available?
A. A limited number of scholarships are available. Special consideration will be given to students and attendees serving schools or districts with large concentrations of low-income students (eligible for Title I funds). All remaining scholarship support will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Scholarships provide complimentary registration. Q. How can my organization become a conference sponsor?
A. Sponsorship packages are available at the platinum, gold, silver and exhibitor table levels and come with varying benefits.
