Single Day Registration:  $150

For those planning to pay by check - As long as you are officially registered for the conference by June 17, you will have until June 30 to send checks with the Early Bird rate.

Cancellation policy

Refunds, minus a processing fee, will be made for written cancellations received before July 1, according to the following schedule:

• May 16 – July 1, 2011:  $100 processing fee
• After July 1, 2011: registrant is responsible for full cost of registration
